Partner types

The Space Program Partner Network offers three main different partner types depending on the business type

Channel Partner

This is the basic level of membership for any reseller company that wishes to enter a non-contractual partner relationship. To request membership, please register via the sign up form on the partner portal.

As a Channel Partner, your organisation will become a part of our partner community with access to sales, marketing and product information. Channel Partners will purchase SpacePole & OpenSpace products directly from a recognised distribution partner that will offer sales & marketing resources, technical support and training in partnership with their appointed Channel Sales Manager. A limited number of discounted product samples can be purchased via a recognised and accredited Qualified Distributor.

Qualified Distributor

A Qualified Distributor’s primary role is to work in partnership with us, promoting and selling our products through the channel. The distributor will be expected to proactively recruit and manage these second-tier partners.

To be eligible the distributor must have the capacity and capability to hold stock, provide training, product & technical support, and conduct proactive marketing in partnership with our organisation.

In addition to signing up to The Space Program Partner Network via the online portal, the distributor will be required to sign a contract which will include a commitment to:

  • Hold inventory on core products
  • Provide regular monthly sales out & inventory reports and 6 monthly rolling sales forecasts
  • Complete and commit to a business development and marketing plan that will be developed in collaboration with the assigned Ergonomic Solutions or SpacePole, Inc. Channel Sales Manager
  • Commit to revenue targets

A Qualified Distributor will become a strategic part of our partner community and have access to numerous marketing & sales resources, technical support & training via the partner portal in addition to the direct support of an assigned company Channel Sales Manager.

Additional benefits include a Qualified Distributor partner logo and branding, online promotion to resellers via the Partner Network, leads generated by us, direct sales & marketing support, quarterly rebates against target achievement, and discounted products for demonstration purposes.

Technology Partner

A Technology Partner is defined as a large established company that manufacturers and resells its own proprietary products in addition to offering other complementary services and other OEM products.

The Technology Partner would purchase directly from us predominantly on a project-by-project basis and supply to the end user either via a project or directly, but also has the flexibility to purchase from one of our Qualified Distributors.
